We’re pleased to share an important update that expands access to water ingress coverage in your professional liability policy, in an area where coverage would not otherwise exist. Effective April 1, 2026, the Technical Requirements Schedule, an integral part of your professional liability policy, has been updated to include access to water ingress coverage for designs related to Insulated Metal Panel Systems (IMPS), provided the requirements outlined in it are met.
