Director
Jennifer Fang is a corporate director and investment professional with 30 years of cross-border investment and management experience at multinational corporations in New York and Toronto.
She is a Faculty Advisory Board member at the UBC Sauder School of Business, serves on the boards of Ontario Securities Commission and Alectra Inc., previously held board positions for a TSX–listed mining company, and is a past board director at Providence Healthcare Foundation (part of Unity Health Toronto now), York Region Police Services Board and OAPSB.
Jennifer holds an MBA in Finance from UBC, is a CFA charter-holder, maintains the ICD.D designation, and completed the ESG Investing certification at the CFA Institute and the Diversity and Inclusion program at Cornell University.
She was appointed to Pro-Demnity’s Board of Directors on March 27, 2025.
